Vincent Village provides a unique array of services that meet the needs of families who are experiencing the crisis of homelessness and continues to meet their needs through providing both permanent housing and supportive services.
The Vincent House Transitional Shelter provides shelter and supportive services for homeless families with children while they work toward higher levels of self-sufficiency and prepare to move to their own housing.
Permanent Housing Program
Vincent Village affordable rental housing provides income based rents to families exiting Vincent House and other shelters in the city of Fort Wayne.
The HOME Academy offers clients who are unemployed in all programs, intensive daily workshops that focus on building employment skills, communication skills, wellness, post-secondary education options as well as self-confidence.
Vincent Village operates numerous assorted programs to help our clients succeed.
Vincent Village works closely with other Fort Wayne area shelters including Interfaith Hospitality, Transitions, Charis House and Genesis Outreach who refer clients for permanent housing into both the Vincent Village Program and the Pathways to Success Program.
